Kevin has worked in the construction business for 24 years. Having worked for several areas in the construction industry, including a small carpentry business and a major development company as a foreman, Kevin brings a diverse background to the business. Kevin's management degree in business helps to focus on the customer's need to have a clear understanding of the entire project and be kept up-to-date on the progress of the project on an on-going basis.

Lorraine Fleming, Owner
Lorraine brings to Fleming Construction her background in commercial banking - both as a loan officer and assistant vice president of cash management. Over the last 15 years, Lorraine has been actively involved with the operations of the business, as needed. Currently, Lorraine's focus is more "behind the scenes" (i.e. payroll, part-time office work, two children!, Ashley and Kaitlin).
