Kevin Fleming has been in my employ on several occasions in the last year as an independent contractor and has proven himself to be a capable resourceful, and reliable business person. Kevin has been required to attack tasks that would challenge any carpenter in the restoration and renovation of my 115 year old home. He has successfully completed jobs that require adapting new construction methods to replace or repair the old and he always ends up with a product which is tastefully done. these jobs are completely executed by Kevin, from contract to receipt.
Many of the elements of these jobs have required that he be very innovative in order to integrate the restorations into the existing structures in a harmonious manner. Kevin has proven to be exceptionally reliable and honest in our dealings. His word is as good as a contract, which he always fulfills completely. I have complete confidence in his integrity.

In helping with the building of our new playground, you have had this chance, and what a wonderful job you did! Our new playground is very handsome. Its new, modern form is imaginative and reflects the pride and commitment of this community in its youth. Dear Kevin:
It was a pleasure sharing the joy of the Dedication Service with you and the rest of St. Mark’s Parish Community. It was wonderful to experience the joy and satisfaction that was evident in every participant, from the youngest parishioner to the Bishop himself. I believe “awesome” was the word the Bishop used to describe the new church.
What was truly awesome to me was the way you worked to oversee this project with a level of care and attention I have never seen before. From the very beginning, your attention to the financial details of the project kept the whole project team constantly on the lookout for potential cost savings. In fact, many of the cost-saving ideas were generated by you. Your expertise in project management and construction technology was a constant asset to the successful completion of the project.
Your abilities to coordinate and communicate with the various subcontractors became most apparent once you had full control of the project. Subcontractors who had become uncooperative soon found their confidence in the project restored through your development of good working relationships with them. Subcontractors who refused to work as team players found themselves with their contracts terminated so that other contractors who were willing to perform could be brought in to finish the job. Through a carefully developed and executed critical path schedule, you were able to complete the job in the absolute minimum time period possible. And all this was done while insisting on quality work from every tradesman.
Therefore, I wish to personally congratulate you on a job incredibly well done. I would gladly recommend the team of Fleming to any Owner who wants their building built well, within budget and on time. I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors. Please feel free to have any potential clients call me so that I can tell them personally what a great job you both did at St. Mark’s.

As you know we recently completed the building of a new church. The success of this operation was due in no small part to Denis Stypulkoski and Kevin Fleming. The quality of work and the completion of the project came about because of their supervision.
When it became apparent that we would have to finish the project ourselves, they took over and proved they had the capability of handling a project of this magnitude. They have expressed a desire to get involved in further church projects. They would bring to this not only a business sense but also their faith commitment. I understand you will soon be undertaking a church project. Denis and Kevin would like to get together with you and discuss the possibility of getting involved in your project.
